Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Auto Invite Facebook Reactors Chrome Extension handles information.
Effective date: May 13, 2026
Auto Invite Facebook Reactors is a Chrome Extension designed to help a Facebook Page admin invite users who reacted to Page posts. The extension operates locally in the user's browser on Facebook pages.
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, sell, or transfer personal data to any external server through this extension.
The extension reads page content on Facebook only as needed to perform its single purpose: detecting reaction dialogs, listing invite buttons, and automating invite actions initiated by the user.
2. How Information Is Used
The extension uses on-page information only to provide its core functionality, including:
- showing a local control panel on supported Facebook pages,
- detecting reaction lists and invite controls,
- scrolling the reaction dialog to load available entries,
- clicking invite actions on behalf of the user after the user starts the process.
All processing happens locally in the browser. No user data is sent to us or to third parties by the extension.
3. Permissions
The extension requests limited permissions only for its stated purpose:
- activeTab: used only when the user interacts with the extension on the current tab.
- Host access to Facebook pages: used only to run the extension on `facebook.com` and `web.facebook.com` pages where the feature is needed.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or transfer user data to third parties. We do not use user data for advertising, profiling, credit evaluation, or unrelated purposes.
5. Remote Code and External Services
The extension does not use remotely hosted code. It does not download executable scripts from external servers to run its functionality.
6. Data Retention
Because the extension does not collect or transmit user data to external systems, it does not maintain a remote database of user information.
7. Security
We aim to keep the extension limited in scope and permissions. However, no software can guarantee absolute security, and users should install and use extensions only from sources they trust.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
